Anosh Ishak is a licensed general contractor in both the state of Georgia and in California with over 40 years of experience in construction, and over 20 years in development. A graduate of Florida International University’s Landon School of business, Anosh has built residential, multifamily, and commercial properties surpassing millions of square feet of heated space.

Upon receiving his California General Contractor license in 1978, Anosh went on to establish ICC (Ishak Construction Company). Some of his most notable projects in California include working as the general contractor on a 6-story 243 unit building in Hollywood, CA, and working as the structural concrete subcontractor on a 13 story addition to the Mondrian Hotel in Hollywood California.

In 1995, Anosh and his family moved to Marietta, Georgia. Initially Anosh constructed 22 homes in Forsyth County. From 1997 until 2008, Anosh was involved in the acquisition and assemblage of 40 parcels in the Midtown Atlanta area. Some notable acquisitions were the Medical Arts Building on Peachtree St. and acquiring and developing a strip of restaurants on Juniper known as Juniper Row. In 2007, Anosh was the General Contractor for 1045 on the Park, a 6-story mixed use building with 36 condos off of Piedmont Park in Midtown Atlanta. In 2009, Anosh identified Edgewood as his next focus area. Anosh acquired, developed and sold various parcels and developments throughout Edgewood. In 2015, Anosh identified Lakewood as another area of upcoming development. He successfully purchased, assembled, rezoned, and sold properties in this area.

Recently Anosh set his sights on Sandy Springs. Anosh is in the early stages of constructing 18 condominiums at 318 Sandy Springs Circle. He is also the site development and structural concrete sub contractor for The Chabad Enrichment Center in Gwinnett. Anosh’s career shows his keen understanding of identifying areas ripe for development. He is very bullish on Sandy Springs, and the Jamestown project across the street affirms his belief.
